Subscription

Ocean P3 offers a monthly subscription at $7.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled through the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOSSettings → your name → Subscriptions → Ocean P3 → Cancel

AndroidGoogle Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ocean P3 → Cancel

Refunds

Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by us:

Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Google: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Restoring Purchases

Open Ocean P3 and tap Restore Purchase on the subscription screen while signed into the same account used for your original purchase.

Check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, contact us with your device type, OS version, and a description of the issue.
