Overview

Ocean P3 is a Pick 3 lottery companion app. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Collection

Ocean P3 collects a minimal set of information through two channels:

• Subscription data via RevenueCat — subscription status, purchase history, and an anonymous user ID.
• App content via Google Firebase Firestore — Pick 3 draw numbers only.

No names, emails, phone numbers, or location data are gathered by the app.

Data Usage

Information is used to verify subscriptions, restore purchases across devices, and deliver draw content from the database.

Third-Party Partners

• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple App Store — payments, handled independently
• Google Firebase Firestore — content database

Data Retention

RevenueCat maintains subscription records while accounts remain active or as legally required. Ocean P3 does not independently store subscription data.

Children's Privacy

Ocean P3 is not directed at children under 13. Any inadvertently collected data from a child will be deleted upon notification.

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data. Most requests are directed to RevenueCat on your behalf.
